Liu Jian, Secretary of the Group Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech, emphasizing the need to firmly uphold the “Two Establishments” and resolutely safeguard the “Two Upholds,” while exercising a strong sense of political responsibility and historical mission to fully and faithfully carry out all tasks related to learning and education.
