3 Month 11 On that day, Liu Jian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, presided over a special study and seminar for the Group’s Party Committee Theoretical Study Center. He emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement the important speeches and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping on fostering and practicing a correct view of political achievements, to carry out all aspects of study and education to high standards, with strict requirements and high quality, and to effectively translate the outcomes of study and education into concrete results that drive the Group’s high‑quality development.
Other members of the Group Party Committee’s central study group attended the meeting. The Chairman of the Group Trade Union, Group Directors, and responsible comrades from the Party and Mass Work departments were present as non-voting attendees.
At the meeting, members of the Group Party Committee’s central study group conducted a focused study on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, the “Notice on Carrying Out Study and Education on Establishing and Practicing a Correct View of Political Achievements Throughout the Party,” the spirit of the Meeting of the Central Leading Group for Party Building, and the expanded meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. Centered on studying and implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, participants delivered either oral or written remarks, sharing their insights from the study and outlining specific measures for implementation.
Liu Jian emphasized that we must deeply recognize the profound significance of conducting study and education on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, and resolutely and effectively implement the decisions and arrangements made by the Party Central Committee. Launching study and education on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements across the entire Party is an important strategic deployment made by the Party Central Committee with a view to the overall development of the Party and the country. It holds major and far‑reaching significance for ensuring a good start and steady progress during the 15th Five‑Year Plan period, and for advancing the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party. Party organizations at all levels must deeply understand the great significance of this study and education, earnestly study and thoroughly grasp General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, and carry out study and education with a high degree of political, ideological, and practical consciousness. We must resolutely implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee, and through concrete actions firmly uphold the “Two Establishments” and resolutely safeguard the “Two Upholds.”
Liu Jian emphasized that carrying out study and education should be regarded as a key task in this year’s Party building efforts, and that all work must be implemented thoroughly and without compromise. We must firmly grasp the overarching requirements for conducting study and education, rigorously and conscientiously advancing study sessions, problem identification, rectification and improvement, institutional development, and open-door education—putting real effort into in-depth study, rigorous investigation, and practical reform to achieve tangible results. We need to carefully plan and deploy initiatives, strengthen publicity and guidance, effectively assign responsibilities, adhere to an open approach to education, and complete all tasks to high standards, with strict requirements and high quality, ensuring that we attain truly concrete outcomes.
Liu Jian emphasized that we must embed a strong performance orientation throughout our study and education efforts, using a sound view of political achievements to drive the Group’s high‑quality development. We must foster and practice a correct view of political achievements, closely aligning with the Group’s 15th Five‑Year Plan goals and initiatives, maintaining strategic resolve, and seeing each blueprint through to completion. We should integrate a performance‑oriented approach into our study and education, putting even greater effort into seeking truth from facts and pursuing practical, results‑oriented work, revitalizing and enhancing the competitiveness of our core steel business, winning the five major tough battles—“stable, efficient production; extreme cost optimization; product upgrading; brand building; and lean, collaborative operations”—and achieving the “three transformations” of high‑end, intelligent, and green development, thereby genuinely converting the outcomes of our study and education into concrete, effective results that propel the Group’s high‑quality development.
