2 Moon 26 On [date], in accordance with the arrangements of the Group Party Committee and the study plan of the theoretical study center group of the Wugang Company Party Committee, Lu Jianguang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of HBIS Group Wugang Company, chaired a special study seminar of the Party Committee’s theoretical study center group to study and discuss the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Hebei Province. He emphasized that thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech during his inspection of Hebei Province must be regarded as a crucial political task. We must unswervingly forge ahead in the direction indicated by the General Secretary, play a leading role as state-owned enterprises, establish and practice a correct view of political achievements, unite hearts and gather strength through excellent work styles, and pursue practical and effective actions. This will help propel the company’s high-quality development to a new level and enable us to make greater contributions to writing a new chapter for Wugang in the cause of Chinese-style modernization.
Members of the Party Committee’s Theoretical Study Center of Wugang Company attended the meeting. Assistant to the General Manager, Deputy Chief Engineer, and responsible officials from the Party and Mass Work departments of Wugang Company were invited to observe the meeting.
At the meeting, members of the central study group, building on their prior individual self-study, engaged in a special study session on the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Hebei Province. They focused their discussions on “deeply studying and thoroughly understanding General Secretary Xi Jinping’s remarks.” 11 Each participant will deliver a speech or submit a written statement on the theme of “The Spirit of the Important Speech Delivered During the Inspection Visit to Hebei,” sharing their insights and experiences from study as well as outlining specific implementation measures.
Lu Jianguang emphasized that thoroughly studying and implementing the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Hebei Province should be regarded as a crucial political task. We must, through concrete actions, firmly uphold the “Two Establishments” and resolutely safeguard the “Two Upholds.” General Secretary Xi Jinping has a profound understanding of and deep affection for Hebei Province. We must unswervingly forge ahead courageously in the direction indicated by the General Secretary.
Lu Jianguang emphasized that we must fully, accurately, and comprehensively implement the new development philosophy and propel Wugang Company’s high-quality development to a new level. We should leverage the exemplary and leading role of state-owned enterprises, stay aligned with national strategies, and demonstrate our sense of responsibility and commitment in jointly building the “Belt and Road” initiative. We must accurately grasp the Group’s... 2026 Positioned as a year for “three transformations” enhancement, we will remain committed to innovation-driven development, focus on “four extremes,” consolidate our survival foundation through quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, forge competitive advantages through transformation and upgrading, continuously expand our growth space, ensure the successful completion of all targets and tasks, and constantly open up new prospects for high-quality development.
Lu Jianguang emphasized the need to firmly foster a political environment characterized by integrity and uprightness, thereby providing strong guarantees for Wugang Company to achieve a solid start during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. We must conscientiously implement the general requirements for Party building in the new era, strictly enforce the spirit of the Central Committee’s Eight-Point Regulations and their detailed implementation rules, consolidate the achievements of study and education, and promote the normalization and long-term effectiveness of conduct-building efforts, using outstanding work styles to unite hearts and minds and drive practical, results-oriented actions. We must establish and practice a correct view of political achievements, and strengthen the building of leading teams and cadre teams. Leading cadres at all levels—especially members of the company’s leadership team—should set higher standards and stricter requirements for the areas under their management, frequently go deep into the front lines, adopt refined and quantified management approaches, pursue rigorous and pragmatic work, and effectively address real-world problems. The two sides held an in-depth symposium to jointly explore collaborative development models across the industrial chain, further expand opportunities for cooperation in high-end steel applications, and deepen their strategic dialogue.
