These large thickness and high-level marine steel plates supplied by our company will be exclusively used in the first 100000 ton floating production and storage equipment transformation project independently designed and built by our country - Offshore Oil 115/Nanhai Endeavour Docking Repair Replacement Project, which is the first project with high level and high added value, to realize the import substitution, mainly for the production of underwater anchor piles, PLET anti sinking plates, riser clips, etc. of the project!" After in-depth understanding of the personalized needs of the project, the company customized the wide and thick steel plates for the users according to their requirements, which not only met the inspection standards and requirements of BV Classification Society of France, but also met the users' requirements for ultra-high strength under the ultra-low temperature impact environment of - 60 ℃ at 1/2 of the plate thickness, and also had extremely high resistance to lamellar tearing, fully meeting the customers' personalized needs. In the end, the company won the competition with an international first-class enterprise at one stroke, and won the exclusive contract for the supply of wide and thick steel plates for the project.
At present, the maximum certified thickness of the large thickness and high-level marine steel plate FH36 produced by Wugang has reached 250mm, and has passed the certification of five mainstream classification societies. The certified thickness and specification have filled the domestic gap, realizing full coverage of the thickness of this level of marine steel.
