The cafeteria renovation plan has been re‑optimized and will be put out to tender in phases. The Life Services Department must deliver robust support services, drive enhancements to the factory‑area roadways, elevate the quality of cafeteria offerings, and implement coordinated environmental management across the site. All Party members and cadres must start with small, concrete tasks, get things done, speak truthfully, and earn the trust of employees through concrete actions.
Lu Jiangguang emphasized that the essence of a sound approach to official performance lies in making informed, evidence-based decisions and pursuing concrete, results‑oriented action—balancing immediate efforts to reduce burdens and boost efficiency with long-term development goals. The company is actively advancing smart and digital transformation; at present, its energy‑system instrumentation has largely achieved automated data collection, and the unmanned substation upgrade project has been submitted for approval and is now being implemented. Parking facilities are being planned and managed in a coordinated manner to avoid scattered, inefficient deployments that lead to waste. Measures to prevent heat‑related illnesses are precisely tailored to workers’ needs, with an increased allocation of essential medicines, ensuring that all provisions are aligned with employees’ actual requirements—thus truly reflecting a commitment to delivering tangible benefits to the people.
Lu Jiangguang emphasized that production and operations are the company’s core priorities, and that fostering and practicing a sound approach to performance must be reflected in results‑driven decision‑making and concrete, hands‑on execution. The company is firmly focused on cost reduction, price increases, and product quality, ensuring that its monthly cash‑flow targets are met in full. All employees must remain committed to their roles and responsibilities, strengthen the foundation of cash flow, and strive to achieve another year of growth in overall revenue.
