The two sides engaged in an in-depth discussion and exchange on topics including deepening industrial chain collaboration, expanding areas of cooperation, and supporting major national strategies, thereby laying a solid foundation for future high-quality cooperation.
Deputy General Manager Long Jie accompanied the visit, and relevant heads from the Sales Department, the Technology Department, the Marketing Management Department, and the Production Planning Department participated in the visit.
During the symposium, Lu Jianguang provided a detailed introduction to Wugang Company’s core strengths and development achievements in the high-end steel sector. He stated that Wugang has consistently kept pace with the manufacturing needs of “major national strategic equipment,” continuously increasing its R&D investment in specialized materials such as low-temperature vessel steel, high-strength structural steel, and steel for pressure vessels. As a result, Wugang has established a comprehensive, end-to-end capability—from material design and production manufacturing to customized services. Specifically addressing the joint cooperation projects, Wugang has set up a dedicated technical service team that adopts a “one-stop” service model: engaging early in project design, closely monitoring production progress during the mid-phase, and ensuring timely delivery in the later stage. This approach guarantees that every batch of steel precisely meets the stringent standards required for customers’ equipment manufacturing. Looking ahead, Wugang will further integrate its technological and production resources, focusing on the new demands of its partners in the field of ultra-large-scale equipment manufacturing. By accelerating the R&D of new materials and optimizing manufacturing processes, Wugang aims to help its partners achieve continuous breakthroughs in high-end equipment sectors such as nuclear power and wind power.
The senior leadership of the client warmly welcomed Lu Jianguang and his delegation, and highlighted their practical experiences and plans in the process of domesticating critical national technological equipment.
